Digital Products Policy

Because Empowered Life Nation offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods in the form of instant digital downloads, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed and the product download link has been provided.

All Sales Are Final

Since digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital products—including audio masterclasses, digital workbooks, video content, and PDF guides—once they have been downloaded or accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptional Circumstances

We stand behind the quality of our content and your satisfaction is important to us. While standard refunds are not provided, we will review refund requests or provide replacements under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive a delivery email or download link due to a system or mailing error. (We recommend checking your spam/junk folder first).
  • Download or Access Issues: If you experience technical problems downloading the product or opening the files, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you.
  • Major Defects or Corrupted Files: If the digital file you receive is corrupted, damaged, or substantially differs from the product description on our website.

Claims for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. If a refund is issued, your access to the digital files will be revoked.
